It's all about team spirit...
Santa Fun Run with your family...
Fancy getting the family off their screens for some festive family fun? Here's why you should do it:
Family bonding time: training and running together is a great way to instil togetherness and keep motivated.
Fundraising for a charity: running with your family for a purpose, which gives you and your family a great sense of achievement.

Santa Fun Run with your friends...
Why sign up with your mates?
It's a fun thing to do together in the lead up to Christmas
Friends hold you accountable – you're more likely to stick to your training
Raising money together for a good cause brings a great sense of achievement
You can shout about it and tag each other (and us) on social media
Santa Fun Run with your colleagues...
Many people spend a huge chunk of their day at a desk so what better way to bond as a team? You can even train on your lunch breaks!
If your team can't take part, you could use your volunteer day to leaflet! If you're interested, contact the events team on [email protected].

Have a furry family member?
You can sign up your dog for free!
We love seeing dogs taking part in our Santa Fun Run. This year why not register your dog so they can form part of your team.
If your dog is comfortable and really feeling the festive spirit, we would love to see them in fancy dress too!
You can help us care for more people like Emily
"The care that Emily received was fantastic. The nurses made what was a horrendous situation, a little more bearable and I will always be grateful for that."
- Debi, Emily's mum
